Angry Smokehouse

We came in pretty late and were one of the only tables there, but that didn’t stop us from getting amazing quality food and service! It was sooooo delicious, forsure the best bbq I’ve had in CNY. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The creamed corn and brisket were my favorite.

Omg, I have high standards for bbq, and this place rocked. First, easy parking, second, the vibe is awesome. A dimly lit place with jazz type music and a nice local beer selection. My wife loved their Mac n cheese and I couldn't stop eating the brussel sprouts and creamed corn. But the true winner was the chicken wings (angry sauce) and the ribs. They are as good as Dinosaur all day long! Our service was outstanding, wish I caught her name!

Update ordered the birra tacos and my company had a burger. It was all not bad overall. The side of dipping juice that came with the tacos was meh . It had no flavor at all. Neither did the tacos. Had to load them with bbq sauce. Overall not bad. The sides were delicious as always...............................................All I can say is wow. exceeded our expectations. . Ordered the Brisket French dip. With a side of Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts. My friend had the pulled pork and bacon with beans as a side. The beans are so good. They have meat mixed in them. The brisket and pulled pork was also good. Loved the brussel sprouts. The Mac and cheese was ok. Out of everything it was my least favorite. Still good though. Definitely recommend this place you won't be sorry.

I visited on a beautiful fall day. I sat outside to view the canal across the street. Our waitress was excellent , friendly and observant of our needs. Our food was delicious, Price was reasonable and I will be visiting again!

Stopped here for the first time as my brother's birthday and he loves it. Service was good almost great. We were seated quick but a few minutes to look over menu seemed longer, but once ordered food came quick and great presentation. Food was great and tasted even better. Atmosphere is very cozy and enjoyable and has a little for everyone really. Highly recommend trying it if you haven't and small secret they like to add BBQ to everything. You think it might not taste good but they will change your mind if you keep and open mind and enjoy.

Nice pit stop during a road trip. BBQ platter was good. Only item we were not a fan of was the cornbread that was a bit in the hard and cold side. Seems to be a favourite neighborhood hangout as people were hanging out past lunch time. Service was quick and people were friendly.

Coming back from the beach on the 4th of July and I bump into this place. I saw the outdoor patio seating and was immediately drawn in. The food was amazing! The broiled chicken was out of this world. The Alabama white with the turkey was phenomenal. The corn bread was good but could have been a bit warmer. Atmosphere was amazing!!! They were playing the blues!!! And man do I love some down south blues! I was trying not to dance at the table. But I wanted to!!! Emily was my server. She was one cool woman and provided a phenomenal customer service experience along with the rest of her team!

First time at the Angry Smokehouse and it won't be the last. Met up with some co-workers, um friends?...hmm this is awkward...after work around 430pm on a Friday and the place although small, had no problem getting us a table for 6 at a high top table. The restaurant itself is very nice inside, fresh, fun and new, while providing easy going vibes. The staff was kind, service was prompt, accommodating and they even split our checks for us! I'll also note, even though I left shortly after the band started, they sounded great and in that small space the noise was very well balanced. No need to yell to the people sitting at your table. The food and drinks overall were great. Our table shared a variety of appetizers and I myself also got an entree, The Coma, and to keep this short, most everything was great to fantastic to the lowest score being this is enjoyable. So no complaints, my table favorites were the mac and cheese, fried pickles, egg rolls and The Coma. To highlight the Coma in full, the fries that I ordered with it were awesome and the meats in The Coma were juicy and tender, that's including the next day with half the sandwich brought home! Crazy I know. So, do I recommend the Angry Smokehouse, yes I do, happily. What do I recommend you order? Well, bring a bunch of people who want to order 1 of everything for you to try and you can't go wrong. Enjoy!!
